I have a confession to make. One of the obvious reasons why I find it hard to stay in shape is my love for food. Now, allow me to introduce my family’s new-found favorite restaurant: Lola’s Cafe.
I came to know this cafe while looking for possible venues for our department’s Christmas Party last year. Though we didn’t push through with the reservation, I still had the chance to spend a lunch-out here with my colleagues. There weren’t much customers when we had our lunch (I think it was just us and another group), if not because of the time (we went there too early for lunch) then maybe because the cafe just recently opened a few months ago.
The ambience is very much pleasing and cozy. And on Friday/Saturday nights, there’s a live band performance: old school music that the senior citizens (our lovely lolos and lolas) will enjoy.
Here are some of the sumptuous meals that they offer:
Ever since my discovery a few weeks ago, I think I have dined here four times already… and three out of four, I ordered baked baby back ribs. HUHU. I also tried (tikim-tikim hooohoooo) some of their food, and they are also very very good. So, if you’re looking for quality food or if sawa na kayo sa elbi, you might want to check out Lola’s Cafe. It is located along the national highway so it’s very accessible. The landmark is Lolo’s Place (yes, seryoso!).
